Passed peacefully away at Hoyles Escasoni, July 1, aged 89 years. Predeceased by husband Hugh, parents William and May, sisters: Jean and Isabelle, brothers: Bill and Edward. Leaving to mourn step-children: Terry, Judy (David Smith) and Barbara, brother Max (Phylis), sister Violet (Charlie Willams), brother-in-law Cliff. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Cora was an honorary member of The Royal Canadian Legion ladies auxiliary. Resting at Carnells Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 2-9 p.m. Funeral service Friday July 3 at 11 a.m. from St. Thomas Church. Donations in Cora’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Special thanks to the staff of east (1) at Hoyles for the care given to Cora.
