August 30, 1939 - January 15, 2011 - Passed away at her home in Spaniard's Bay Alice Newman age 71 years. Predeceased by her husband George, parents Peter & Monica Whalen, brothers Tom & Leo, sisters Mary & Veronica. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Emmie (Garry), Christine & George (Doreen), grandchildren Stephen, Philip, Nicole, Nancy, Jennifer, George & Crystal, great-grandchildren Jesse, Connor, Kaitlyn, Jordon, Shala, Hunter, Breanna, Logan & Jade, brothers and sisters Mike, Terry, Pete, Allan, Jim, Ned, Shirley, Theresa, Rose & Hazel, also a number of other relatives and friends.
