It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Michael Beales announce his peaceful passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, January 16th, 2011 at the age of 63 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 40 years and his best friend Valerie (Fitzgerald), daughters; Tracy Lynn (Jonathon Snow), Sheila Harview (Scott), step son; Sean (Blaine), grandchildren; Nicholas, Shane, Griffin, Blake, and his princess Kara-Anne, sisters; Margaret Glode (Gerald), Celestine (Tina) brothers; Ronnie (Pam) of Nova Scotia, Cliff (Brenda), sisters-in-law; Sheila Elstob (Ed) of Tewksbury, Mass., Marge Gonzales of Phoenix, Arizona, brothers-in-law; Jim Fitzgerald (Gladys), Thomas Fitzgerald Jr., as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his father Ronald Beales (1976), mother Hazel (1996), father-in-law Thomas Fitzgerald (1989), mother-in-law Mary Fitzgerald (1986), uncle Mike (2008), & nephew Clifford (1988). Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, January 19th, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 20th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Bernard Buckle officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the family.
