Douglas Hiscock
The death of Douglas Wesley James Hiscock of Charters Settlement, NB happened suddenly on January 15, 2011. Born on September 9, 1981, he was the son of Maxine (Price) and Freeman Hiscock. Besides his parents, he is survived by the love of his life Lynette Noftall, her parents and brother, Barry and Linda Noftall, Blair Noftall (Holly); sister Sara Hayes (Jon); grandmother Myra Kay; grandfather Curtis Hiscock; three special uncles Brian (Addy), Doug (Anja) and Philip Price all of Charters Settlement; best friend Terry Hodgson (Chris); numerous aunts and uncles. Predeceased by his maternal grandparents Milton and Myrtle Price.
Doug worked with the family business M.W. Price & Sons Ltd. He was a snowmobile enthusiast and always the life of the party. Doug knew there was nothing more important in life than your health and your family and he will be greatly missed.
Resting at Faith Baptist Church, New Maryland, NB on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held from the Church on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 2 PM with Rev. Kelly Burke officiating. Interment in the New Maryland United Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Derrick Farquharson, Greg Thornton, Trent Anderson, Craig Ball, Mike Porter, Brenden Lipsett and Mitchell McPhee. Honorary Pallbearers are Terry Hodgson, Jon Hayes and Blair Noftall.
