Jack passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve.
He is survived by brothers Robert (Sheryl) and Chuck, as well as nephew Tyler and niece Katreana.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at Pleasant Street Cemetery with Father Derrick Cameron officiating.
