It is with great sadness that the family of the late JACOB MICHAEL CLARKE of Terrenceville announces his passing at The Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, AB on Saturday January 8, 2011 at the age of 6.5 months. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Mommy Tara & Daddy Francois; Grandparents Jeanette Coombs & Leo Rideout of Terrenceville; Grandmother Cindy Clarke of Ontario; Grandfather William Brennan of Marystown; Uncles Nicholas & Michael; Great-Grandmother's Theresa Clarke, Sarah Ann Rideout, and Annie Brennan; Godfather Michael Coombs; Godmother Rita Hickey; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by Auntie Jasmine Coombs; Great Grandparents Leo Rideout, Michael Coombs, Marion Coombs, and Michael Clarke. Funeral Service took place on Friday January 14, 2011 at 12:00pm from his grandparents home in Terrenceville, cremation to followed. Flowers gratefully accepted.
