The passing of Carol Ann Ladds of Maugerville occurred peacefully at her home on Thursday January 20, 2011, at the age of 60. Born July 23, 1950 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Hazel (Fleming) Banks. Carol Ann worked in janitorial services with Jani King. She is survived by her husband William "Bill" Ladds; one son Alexander William Ladds (Belinda) of Maugerville; two daughters Jennifer Lynn Williams (Raymond) and Janet Leigh Ladds (Wayne) all of Maugerville; eleven grandchildren, Melissa, Kevin, Hayley, Cole, Jesse James, Jaxson, Mitch, Carly, R.J., Alexander and Carter; five brothers Ronnie, Irvine, Alan, Ricky and Terry; two sisters Sharon and Kathy; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Friday, January 21st, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 at 2:00 PM from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Trail officiating. Interment in the Maugerville Baptist Cemetery will take place in the spring.
