With much sorrow we announce the passing of David "Allen" Young on Thursday, January 20, 2011, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Aged 58 years.
Beloved son of the late Russell and Irene Young of Cherry Valley. Dearest father and friend of Chris and Carolyn Young. Loving grandfather of Logan, Hunter, Darrian and Dannica. Survived by brother Doug Young (Stevie) of Charlottetown and sister Marion Pirch (Carl) of Vernon River.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment in Cherry Valley Memorial Cemetery, Cherry Valley. Visitation Friday from 7-9 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
