FUREY, Minnie Barrett- August 31, 1928 - January 18, 2011. Loving Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and devoted friend passed away peacefully at the Dr. Leonard. A Miller Centre, St. John's on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at age 82. Born on Woody Island and resident of Swift Current, she was predeceased by her parents and many loving sisters and brothers. Leaving to remember her with wonderful memories are her sisters Mrs. Effie Chancey, Mrs. Winnie Crocker and Mrs. Alfreda Turechek. Brother-in-Law Mr.Ted Turechek. Daughters Robin Loflin and Michelle Rider. Sons- in-Law Gene Loflin and Jeff Rider. Grandchildren Clint Loflin, Chad Loflin and Melissa Ross. Great-grandchildren Genevieve Ross and Gavin Ross. And so many wonderful and caring cousins, nieces, nephews and friends whom she loved dearly. Visitation at United Church Swift Current on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service on Friday, January 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Swift Current United Church with interment immediately following at Swift Current United Church Cemetery.
