The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Sunday, Jan 23, 2011, of Jack Gallant, 266 Sydney St., Charlottetown, in his 71st year.
Jack was born Feb. 19, 1940. He was predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Rosella "McCarron"; brother-in-law, Reg "Bill" Bellefleur; and sister-in-law, Anita "Murray" Gallant.
Survived by brothers, Linus (Sue Power), Frank (Rosita), George of Charlottetown, and Wayne, Hamilton, Ont.; sisters, Mary Bellefleur, Tracadie, Patricia and Deb, Charlottetown. Special cousin, Colleen Power Gass and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
No visitation by family request. Funeral and burial to take place in the spring.
