It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stella Blackmore announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on January 20th, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Stella was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church ACW. Stella retired from teaching at Grand Falls Academy. Predeceased by husband Tom. Left with fond and loving memories daughter Sharon (Philip Stubly) of Oxfordshire, England. Also leaving to mourn Christopher (Sarah) and Andrew (Kerri). Rev. Randy Lockyer conducted the funeral service at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Grand Falls-Windsor on January 22nd, 2011. Interment will be at the Anglican Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ron Antle; Allan Gill; Gordon Oldford; Winston Ellsworth; Owen Young; and Melvin Torroville. Honorary Pallbearers were Ron Stoodley; Angus Reid; Don Bennett; and Terry Goodyear.
