Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, January 23rd, 2011, age 76 years. Leaving to mourn her two brothers: George Thomas, Alfred Thomas (Violet); three sisters: Margaret Pomeroy (James), Bernice Thomas and Rose Patey; step-sister Theresa Williams (Charlie); three aunts: Rita Summers, Rosella Molloy and Gertrude Butler; special friend Leo Strowbridge and family; also many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, other relatives and friends. Former employee of Robert Caines Grocery for 39 years. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, January 26th at 10:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Church, Topsail Rd.
