At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, of Marjorie Alice Inglis of Kensington aged 76 years. Born in Freetown, June 23, 1934, daughter of the late Clayton and Orrie (Day) Smith. Wife of James L. (Jim) Inglis. Mother of James (Jim) and his wife Susan, Hammond Plains, N.S., and Evelyn (Lyn), Dartmouth, N.S. Grandmother of Rodney and Carolyn, Hammonds Plains, and Erin, Dartmouth. Sister of Erma Hogg, Gordon (Jewel) Smith and Lyman (Polly) Smith. Sister-in-law of Laura Smith and Leonard (Evelyn (Bobbie) Kelly. Predeceased by brothers Morris (Gladys) Smith and Elmer Smith; brothers- and sisters-in-law Denton Hogg, Richard (Arlene) Kelly, Gloria (Elmer) Cole and John Inglis and special uncle Major H. Inglis. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment in People's Cemetery, Kensington.
