Veronica Gallant 53, of Moncton passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital on Thursday, January 27th, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Rexton, she was the daughter of the late Paul Hébert and Jeanne (Robichaud) Hebert. Veronica will be sadly missed by her mother; Jeanne Hébert, one daughter; Susan Bourque (Shawn) of Toronto, two sons; Gerard Gallant (Patricia) of Riverview, Nathan Gallant (Darcy) of Toronto, two grandchildren; Donna and Audrey, two sisters; Argentine Robichaud (Robert) and Vicky Hébert both of St. Louis, seven brothers; Anthony (Denise), Danny (Yvonne), Vincent (Réjeanne), Roland (Chantal) all of St. Louis, Maxime (Réjeanne) of Richibucto, Normand (Debbie), Aldolphe (Hugette) both of Richibouctou-Village and several nieces and nephews. Veronica was predeceased by two brothers; Paul-Émile and Vernon and two sisters; Jeanne and Veronica.
Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, Monday at noon until time of funeral.
