PARSONS, Mrs. Eva- Passed peacefully away at her late residence, Bay Roberts on Friday, January 28, 2011, Mrs. Eva Parsons of Bay Roberts, aged 86 years. Predeceased by parents John and Mary Russell (nee Bishop), sisters Ethel (Cecil) Mercer, Gertrude Churchill, Nellie (George) Hollett, brother William (Mary) Churchill, brother-in-law Wilfred Earle. Leaving to mourn sons: Lawrence (Christine) Parsons, Wayne Parsons (Velma); daughter Yvonne Parsons (Steward); sister Emmie Earle; five grandchildren: Jennifer, Dana, Bradley, Heather, Darryl; two great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts. Visitation Saturday 10 - 12 noon, 2-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 2 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Bay Roberts. Interment in the Central United Church Cemetery, Bay Roberts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
