It is with sadness and love our family announces the passing of June Leatrice Radcliffe which occurred on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the age of 86. She will be forever loved and her memory always cherished by her loving husband and soul mate, Bill of Medicine Hat; daughter, Donna of Red Deer; son, Grant of Estevan; daughter-in-law, Sandra Radcliffe; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters Norma Eastwood of Regina, Joy Mitchell of Moose Jaw; brother Herb (Grace) Priestley Moose Jaw; sisters-in-law Alice Radcliffe, Moose Jaw, Laureen Smart, Kimberly, BC and numerous nieces and nephews. June was born on June 1, 1924 in Mitchelton, Sask. June met her husband Bill at Temple Gardens in Moose Jaw, they married in 1947, they lived in Moose Jaw where June worked at Safeway for 25 years, and in 1997 moved to Medicine Hat. Her son, Blaine, predeceased her in 2003. June was a great cook and loved dancing, but her greatest pleasures came from time with her family. She was a fantastic wife, mother and grandmother. Family wish to send a huge, heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Good Samaritan Society for their dedication to our "June-bug's" well being. A Private Family Time of Remembrance will be held to honour June's life.
