On January 30, 2011 Mr. James "Jim" Robert Aitken passed away peacefully in Kamloops at the age of 71 years.

He is survived by his loving wife Joan, his daughter Jenna (Cal) and his three sons Jim, Jeff (Brenda) and Glen; his two grandchildren Jason (Erin) and Nick (Tara) and his brother Tony (Pat).

He was predeceased by his parents Dave and Betty Aitken.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kamloops United Church with Reverend Bruce Comrie officiating.
