It is with regret that we announce the sudden death of Joe on Jan. 23, 2011 at his home in Port Williams, N.S.
Joe was the son of the late Everett and Agnes (Dugas) LeBlanc of Mill Creek, Cape Breton. He moved to Ontario in his early years and returned to Nova Scotia in recent years.
Joe is survived by his eight children, Murray, Sydney Mines, Ricky, Joey, Debbie, Susie, April and Darryl, in Ontario and Carolyn 'C.J.' in Kentville; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters, Helene, Mill Creek, Pat, Calgary, Sharon and Marie, Ontario; four brothers, Rick and Mike, Ontario, Campbell, Calgary and Brian, Sydney Mines.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Agnes, Veronica, Anne, Heather and Debbie and brothers, Evie and Bruce.
There was no visitation and no service. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
