At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, of Marion Anne (Dunsire) Kent of Middleton, aged 79 years. Born in Toronto, Ont. on December 24, 1931, daughter of the late David Dewer and Marion Anne (Nisbet) Dunsire. Wife of Walter (Wally) Kent. Mother of David Flay (Sandy), St. Thomas, Ont., Ivy Gaudet (David), Summerside; Rose Kent (Brian), Ottawa, Ont., Laura Gaudet (Harold), Middleton; Alan Kent, Barrie, Ont., Dean Kent, Summerside; Violet Kent, Grande Prairie, Alb., Zinnia Robertson (Tony), Australia and Heather Kent (Wade), Grande Prairie, Alb. Grandmother to 21 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Joyce Peters (late Ken) and Shirley Corbett (Mike). Special friend to Colleen Campbell, Dot Holt and Co Co. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday from 4-7 p.m., with funeral service in the Chapel immediately following the visitation. If so desired contributions may be made to the P.E.I. Humane Society.
