The death of Raymond Edward Devlin occurred unexpectedly on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at his residence. Born 1955 in Saint John, he was the son of Lila Edith Stevens and the late Ronald Douglas Devlin. Besides his mother, he is survived by his brothers Ronald Devlin and Michael Devlin both of Saint John; sisters Glenda (Jason Soucy) Stevens of Saint John and Nancy (John) Hughes of Hampton; nephew Jason VanWeston and niece LeeAnn VanWeston as well as great nieces and nephews. Raymond also leaves behind his two cherished companions, his dogs Apollo and Sabre.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
