NEW GLASGOW – Marilyn Ruth Fraser, age 57, of New Glasgow, formerly of Little Harbour Road, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in New Glasgow, Marilyn was the daughter of the late Charlie and Marie (Tate) Fraser.
She was a former employee of Trenton Works.
Marilyn will be sadly missed by her brother, Sydney (June) Fraser of Little Harbour Road; aunt Helen MacKay, Stellarton; niece Melissa Carrigan, Stellarton; great-niece Kali MacLean, Stellarton and close friends: Donna, Bob, Annie, Wilbert and Ashley.
Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow, from where funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday with Rev. Dr. Jim Shaffner officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
