Passed peacefully away at his residence on February 10th, 2011, Joe Churchill aged 66 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Janie Churchill, brothers David, Eldred, John and Cyril. Left to mourn sons Curtis (Betty) Alberta, Tony (Halifax) granddaughter Rhiannan and their mother Mary Lou (Martin Ryan), brother Jim (Ruth), sister Violet (Rev. Jim Tilley), sister-in-law Donna, uncles Eldred (Joyce) , Ambrose (Flo) as well as aunts Rita and Hazel. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nephews ,nieces and other relatives and friends including the residents of St. Clare Manor and his special friend Austin Hayes. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Monday and Tuesday, February 14th and 15th 2011 from 12:00 noon-9:00 pm. Funeral service to take place from St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Wednesday February 16th, 2011 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery Bauline Line Extension.
