Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit at the Sir Leonard A. Miller Centre on Sunday, February 13, 2011, Bridget Davis in her 93rd year, of Colinet. Predeceased by her husband Edmund Davis, and her 1st husband, Carl Linehan. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughter, Mildred (Edward) Janes, with whom she resided; son, Basil Linehan (Margaret); grandchildren: Karen Janes, Shirley Kirby (Varrick), Basil Linehan (Pam), Carl Linehan (Lisa), Tracy Marques (Carlos); great-grandchildren: Racquel Kirby, Kaley Marques, Brianna Linehan & Noah Marques; brother Michael Tremblett, North Harbour; sister Madeline Browne, Boston, and a large circle of extended family and friends, especially Marcella Linehan and the Linehan family. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Monday from 2 - 9 p.m., and then resting at Our Lady of Grace Church, Colinet on Tuesday, from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral will take place on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 with 2:30 p.m Mass of Christian Burial from Our Lady of Grace Church, Colinet. Interment will be in the R.C. Cemetery, Colinet No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
