Davison, Grant Ralph — age 62, of Woodville, Hants County, passed away peacefully at home, on Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, after a short illness. Born on Aug. 27, 1948, in Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia, he is the son of Helen (Armstrong) Davison, Woodville, and the late Ralph Davison. He was trucker by trade, having worked for the past 30 years at Fastrax Transport, Hartland, N.B. He had formerly worked at Etters Lumber Mill, Brooklyn; RST Transport, Dartmouth and also Day & Ross, Dartmouth. Besides his mother, Helen, he is survived by his long time companion, Helen Mailman; daughter, Kimberly and her children, Nash and Baiden; daughter, Kendra (Jamie McInnis) and their children, Sarah and Ethen; brother, Charles (Debra), of Woodville; sisters, Betty (Phil) MacDougall, Woodville; Emma (Robert) Cox, Clarksville. Cremation has taken place. Visitation was held from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in Lindsay`s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. There was no formal funeral service.
