Suddenly at Moncton General Hospital on Monday, February 14, 2011, of David E. (Jiggs) MacDonald of North Granville, formerly of Charlottetown, age 59 years.
Beloved husband of Brenda Howard. Loving father of his children Michael (Shuyun) and Sarah (Dave); also survived by their mother Sharon. Son of Nora and the late Clifford (Jiggs) MacDonald. Special brother of Barbara (Larry) Stevens and predeceased by his brother, Donnie, and sister-in-law Ruth MacDonald. Remembered by Brenda’s children, Tyler (Lauren), Dylan (Naomi) and Brett. Son-in-law of Mary Houston and the late Douglas Webster. Brother-in-law of Marvyn (Bev), Barry (Peggy), David (Marie), Webster and Nelda (Kevin) Praught.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Friday from Spring Park United Church at 11 a.m. Interment later in Calvin Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Mermaid.
Family flowers only, however if so desired, memorials to David (Jiggs) MacDonald and Gerry Reuten Musical Legacy Fund would be appreciated.
