In Loving Memory of
EDITH MAY TURNER

Edith, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away January 18th, 2011 at the age of 87.

Edith was born in Holden, Alberta on September 27, 1924. Her family moved to Victoria, B.C. During the war, she worked in a chocolate factory and then in a parts factory for the war. In 1944 she met and married her husband Carl W. Turner (deceased August 2000). In 1946 David was born followed by Marion in 1953 and Rosemary in 1955.

Edith was a very strong, feisty, artistic woman who became involved in many groups and organizations.
She will be missed greatly by her son David Turner, daughters Marion Porterfield and Rosemary Wolf; eight grandchildren Adrian, Adam, Allison, Justin, Joshua, Johnathan, David and Thomas; three great grandchildren Makayla, Brayden and Chet.

The family would like to thank The Hamlets at Westsyde and their staff for the outstanding and loving care that Edith received. They made a very difficult time, easier. Thank you.

A private Celebration of Edith's life will be held this summer by her family.
