On Tuesday, February 15, 2011, Frank Douglas Schriver of Sherwood Park, Alberta passed away at Fort Saskatchewan Hospital. Frank was predeceased by his wife Bessie (Currie) Schriver. He will be lovingly remembered by his three sons, Kim (Ruth), Frank (Pam) and Randy (Karen). Frank will be missed by his six grandchildren, Scott, Steven, Kari, Krista, Joey and Wanda; and the many friends he had made in his life. Frank was a retired member of the Canadian Armed Forces, entrepreneur, husband, father and friend to many. He had a zest for life, and was quick to strike up a conversation with everyone he met. Frank did not leave anything on the table, he lived his life to the fullest. In his later years, Frank moved to Alberta to be with his sons and especially his grandchildren, whom he so dearly loved.
