Surrounded by his family the passing of Clifford W. Jackson occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on February 20, 2011. He is survived by his wife Jackie of 46 years, his son, Michael (Debby) and granddaughter Jordan of Quispamsis; his daughter Carol of Mayfield, NB; his brother Harry (Dorothy) of Chamcook Lake, NB; his sisters Lila Krause (Arnold) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Margaret Currie (Hazen) of Mayfield, NB; several nieces and nephews. Clifford was born on May 12, 1941 at St. Stephen to the late Harry and Beulah (Thompson) Jackson. Clifford was an avid fisherman and hunter. He worked at Georgia Pacific for 10 years. He was a member of Local 213 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union for 25 years.
There will be no visitation by request. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church, St. Stephen, NB. Interment St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church Building Fund or charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
