1921 - 2011 - Lillian Agnes MacMaster, (89), of Lefurgey Special Care Home, Moncton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Born in Harcourt, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late William and Hattie (Carter) Carter. Lillian worked for many years at the T. Eaton Company. She was a member of The Moncton Wesleyan Church, where she was also a member of the "Golden Years Fellowship". Lillian enjoyed spending time with her family, drives in the country and her pet dogs. Lillian was a loving sister and aunt. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Caroline Cameron of Moncton and Kathleen Brethour (Eldon) of Toronto; sister-in-law, Mary Carter of Waterloo, ON; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Jack; sister, Margaret; and brothers, Merle, Charles, Mel and Bob.
At Lillian’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral. A graveside committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 23 at 11:00 am. The committal service will begin in the chapel of the Fair Haven Funeral Home and conclude in the Garden of the Last Supper at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
