WALSH, Edward–Passed peacefully away at his residence in Logy Bay on July 10, 2009, Edward William Walsh, age 83 years. Predeceased by his parents Annie and Bill Walsh and brothers Leo and Stan. Leaving to mourn his wife Lorraine, step-daughter Patsy and son-in-law Laurie Dufton of London, ON; brothers Mike (Hope - deceased), My Best Buddy Kevin, Bill (Penney), Jim (Linda), Paul, George (Janice) and Wayne (Janet); sisters Dorothy (Dolly) Power (Gerald), Ann Peckford, Doreen Feeney and Genevieve Farrell (Joe); sisters-in-law Bernice Dyer and Elizabeth Cameron; brother-in-law Richard Mahon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service to be held on Monday, July 13, 2009 from St. Francis of Assisi, Outer Cove at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
