Peacefully on February 24, 2011, at Echo Lodge Nursing Home in Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan, Kenneth F. Doucette, aged 81.
Ken lived for some 40 years in Alberta and Saskatchewan but was always an Islander at heart. He was born in Rollo Bay East on January 17, 1930, the seventh of 10 children of Rose Guinard and Joseph Doucette.
Ken leaves many friends and family at home in Saskatchewan and across Canada and his three daughters: Jeanne and family in Lethbridge, Alberta; Teresa in Vancouver, British Columbia; and Karin in The Hague, Holland.
