It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ruth Young announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Friday, July 10, 2009 at the age of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by her three sons: Clyde of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Alvin of Piccadilly, Arthur (Dayle) of Piccadilly, five daughters: Roseanne of New Brunswick, Bertha of Prince Edward Island, Maggie (Garth) of Nova Scotia, Della (Shawn) of West Bay, Grace (Sean) of Corner Brook, Joanne Torrow of USA, as well as her brothers and sisters, 20 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Lillian Campbell. Visitation took place on Sunday at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Lourdes. Funeral service will take place on Monday, July 13th at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Lourdes with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in West Bay. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
