Edmond Thibodeau
Mr. Edmond Manford Thibodeau of Central NB Nursing Home, formally of Renous, NB, passed away Sunday February 27, 2011 at his late residence, at the age of 82. Born in Newcastle, NB, he was the son of the late Robert and Laura (Vautour) Thibodeau. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church, and an avid CB ERR (Gravel Grinder). He is survived by three sisters, Orella Beek (Vincent) of Storeytown NB, Sylvina Pitre (James) of Lockstead Road, NB, Laurice Fendley of Oromocto, NB, one brother, Edward Tucker (Muriel) of Ontario, and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother Justin, one nephew Michael Mertens and one brother-in-law, Howard Fendley.
Mr. Edmond Manford Thibodeau is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 579 Main Street, Doaktown, with visitation on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Doaktown, with Father John Okoko and Father Andrew Fraser officiating. Burial will be in St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Renous, in the spring. In Edmond’s memory donations to Canadian Cancer Society or a memorial of ones choice would be appreciated. Active Pallbearers will be Kimberly Mertens, Alice Brown, Gayle Donovan, Mallory Beek, Louise Morris and Susanne Saulnier.
