Ashley Manderson
1971 - 2011 - Miramichi - Ashley Todd Manderson, of Wellington Street Miramichi, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on Friday, February 25, 2011, at the age of 39. Born in Newcastle, on May 1, 1971 , he was the son of Debbie L. (Taylor) and the late Peter L. Manderson. He was a graduate of James M. Hill High School as well as N.B.C.C., Moncton Campus; a former employee of Air Canada and an adherent of Knox United Church, Miramichi. Ashley was a loving son, brother, uncle and a devoted hockey fan. He is survived by his mother, Debbie L. Manderson; three sisters, Marsha Moffitt (Dawson), of Colombus, Ohio, Trenda Manderson, of Toronto, Ont., Lynette Manderson, of Toronto. Ont.; twin niece and nephew, Keaton and Ainsley Moffitt; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Peter, in February of 2010.
Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King Street, Miramichi, on Wednesday, March 2, from 7 to 9 pm and Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Knox United Church, Miramichi, on Friday, March 4, 2011, at 2 pm, conducted by Rev. David Cleveland. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, later in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the N.B. Lung Assoc., or any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
