Euclid Thibodeau passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the age of 79. He is reunited with his wife Mary Jo (nee Patterson) who passed away in 2002. Euclide was born in St. Norbert, Kent County, New Brunswick, the son of Jean-Baptiste Thibodeau and Annie Girouard. He leaves his son, John Gerald Thibodeau (Bettina) (nee Allsworth); two grandchildren: Evangeline and Jackson; one sister, Marguerite Richard (late Désiré); three brothers: Frank Thibodeau, Raymond Thibodeau (Fabiola) and Alban Thibodeau. He was predeceased by his parents, four brothers: Oscar, Alcedor, Valmore and Zoël, and seven sisters: Alberta, Dorina, Alfreda, Odette, Anna, Francine and Jeannette. Euclide and his wife Mary Jo operated J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence in Welland, Ontario for 30 years until their retirement in 1998.
