(1986-2011) - ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Jonathan Sanipass 24, of Elsipogtog passed away suddenly after a brief illness with his loving family by his side, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital, Moncton, NB on Tuesday, March 1st, 2011. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Bernadine (Peters) Sanipass and the late Peter John Sanipass. Jon had worked as a fisherman. He enjoyed mud bogging, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, fixing vehicles and checking out Kijiji. He had a big heart and was always helping others. Jon will be sadly missed by his mother; Bernadine Sanipass of Elsipogtog, spouse; Rhonda Moffat of Elsipogtog, one son; Traxton at home, one brother; Randy of Elsipogtog, one half sister; Whitney Francis of Eskasoni, NS, a grandfather; Michael Sanipass and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jon will also be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Jon was predeceased by his father; Peter John Sanipass, maternal grandparents; Albert Peters and Florence Levi and paternal grandmother; Doreen Sanipass.
Resting at his mother’s home on Levi Street, Elsipogtog with visitation beginning Thursday at 3:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 5th, 2011 at 11:00 am, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
