THIBAULT, Paul Joseph – 81, Forest Street, Yarmouth, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born March 3, 1929 in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late Jeffrey and Lillian Thibeau. Paul worked with guided missiles for both the United States Army, as well as on the DEW Line at Hudson’s Bay. Later, Paul worked as a real estate investor in Oakville, Ontario until his retirement. He was a great reader, with a keen interest in the areas of philosophy and religion. He also enjoyed golfing as well as playing the clarinet and the saxophone. Surviving are his wife, Joan Thibault, as well as their daughter, Heather J. (Ray) Blais, Toronto. Also surviving are siblings, Frances (Arthur) Cottreau, Frank (Doris) Thibeau and Father Clarence Thibeau, all of Yarmouth; Patsy (Ed) Lockett, Three Hills, AB; Margaret (Ken) King, Grimsby, ON; Dr. Donald Thibeau, Yarmouth; Alma (Edward) Jack, Beamsville, ON. In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth, and there was no visitation or funeral service.
