AGNES "AGGIE" MACNEIL

On Wednesday, February 16th, family and friends gathered at St. Theresa's Church to lay to rest one of God's most devoted servants ad now we could like to take this opportunity to thank so many people whose gentle hugs, warm words and presence helped carry us through this very difficult time. We are truly grateful to Dr. Gracie for his compassion and care given to Mom at Harbourstone and his home visits when Mom resided in her home. To the staff at Harbourstone, especially Soldier's Cove, whose care for Mom was performed with such compassion, empathy and patience; you are all definitely an asset to your profession. We will be forever grateful for the care you provided with such concern and dignity for Mom and all her family members during her final days. You truly are "Angels". Special thanks to Sister Anne Marie MacDougall, Father Joe MacNeil and Father Will MacPherson for your prayers for Mom. To Mom's relatives and friends who continued to visit Mom while she resided at Harbourstone, we thank you and appreciate your time given to Mom. A warm heartfelt "thanks" to all those who travelled far and near to be with us, gave mass cards, sympathy cards, offered their condolences, sent floral bouquets, and made donations in Mom's memory. Also to those who attended the wake and funeral and for the food that was delivered to our homes. A very special thank you to Rev. Jim Oliver for his kind words and beautiful service, the CWL for the Honour Guard and the beautiful lunch following the mass. Thank you to St. Theresa's Choir for their gift of music. Thank you to the pallbearers; grandsons Ralph Matheson, David MacDonald, Joey Young, Gary, Michael and Brett MacNeil. Thank you to the readers: granddaughters, Michelle Hashem and Susanne Donovan, sister-in-law, Dolena Bennett. Thank you to the Offertory bearers, granddaughters Wendy Hashem, Tracey and Ahna MacNeil and great-granddaughter, Katelynn Hashem. To Bill Curry and staff who took care of every detail with concern and dignity. We sincerely appreciate the thoughtfulness of everyone who helped in any way and will remember it always. Mom would have been so pleased with all of you and we are sure she is looking down upon you with great pride and her loving smile. May God Bless You All!
Thank-You
Bonnie (Kevin), Marg (Roger), Elizabeth (George), Angela (Jack), Neil (Clare), Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Sister Marg McKenna
