Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on March 9, 2011, John Collins, age 82 years. Left with fond and loving memories his children: Paul (Anita), Dave, John (Karen), Keith (Diane), Karen (Ronnie) Rideout, Gerard, Ann Marie (Leonard Jr.) Miller, Richard (Pam), Juanita; brother William Collins (Mary); 23 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of Pratt Place, Agnes Pratt Home, Drs. Pike and Mann and staff of 7 West, St. Clare’s. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. with visitation on Thursday 5-9 p.m., Friday 10-12 noon, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church.
