Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, March 10, 2011, of Mrs. Stella McDougall (nee McQuaid) of Charlottetown and formerly of Donaldston, in her 101st year.
Beloved wife of the late Aeneas McDougall, and dear mother of Mary (Wayne) MacDonald, James, Joseph (Debbie), Rita (Al) Forbes, and Elmer (Joan). She will also be lovingly remembered by her 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, loving sister Blanche MacDonald, and special family member Brian Martin.
She was predeceased by brothers Elmer, Frank, Basil, Joseph and Harold, and sister Mary McQuaid.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 10 a.m. Saturday morning, then transferred to St. Michael’s Church, Corran Ban for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the family plot in the parish cemetery.
If so desired, memorial contributions in Stella’s memory may be made to St. Michael’s Parish Cemetery Fund.
