BUTT, Hilda Blanche– Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Thursday, March 10, 2011, Hilda Blanche Butt, age 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Gordon; sons John and Roy; daughter Phyllis; sister Elsie Hiscock; brothers Obie and Samuel Miller. Leaving to mourn daughter Marie; son Kevin (Paulette) of Flatrock; daughter-in-law Loretta; granddaughters Lisa Higgins (Jim), Cindy Bradbury (Keith); Krista Fowler (Darren), Stephanie (Terry Murray) and special grandson Geoffrey (Carla); three loving great-grandchildren: Jacob Fowler, Samantha Higgins and Jack Butt; brother Roland Miller; sisters Anne Laite (Annapolis, MD), Ella Cook (Herbert) and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Also leaving her special puppy Riley. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and then on Sunday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
