We, the family of the late Adeline Hollahan, would like to thank our family and friends for the love and support shown to us during her illness and the loss of our mother. Special thanks is sent to those who sent flowers, food, Sympathy cards, on line condolences and donations. We would especially like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Cancer Centre, 4C and Palliative Care for the wonderful treatment, comfort and support shown to Adeline and ourselves during this time. Special thanks also to Chant's Funeral Home - Sheldon, Wendy and Kirk for their wonderful service and all their help, concern, compassion & caring helped greatly to ease our loss. Mom will always be in our hearts.
