PIKE, Harold (John) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, brother-in-law and friend after a courageous but losing battle with cancer on July 17, 2009, at the Health Science Centre, surrounded by his devoted and loving wife Geraldine; sons: John and wife Joanne and Mike and family. Predeceased by his parents: James and Ida (Reid) Pike; mother and father-in-law: Michael and Eleanor McGrath; sister-in-law, Judy McGrath; brothers-in-law: Eugene Bishop and Ray Bennett. Leaving to mourn his loving wife and best friend of 39 years, Geraldine; his two awesome sons: John (wife Joanne) and Mike (Stephanie); Pop’s pride and joy, his four grandchildren: Hunter, Logan, Madison and Aiden Pike; his large family of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles and friends; his very special uncles: Don (wife Edith) and Uncle Gord. He had a heart of gold and will be loved and missed by all who knew him. He will be sorely missed by his walking companion and furry friend, CoCo. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Saturday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 20, 2009 from St. John Bosco Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
