(77 Years). Passed peacefully away at North Haven Manor Palliative Care Unit, on Thursday July 16th, 2009 in the arms of his loving wife, Marie. Ted fought a courageous battle with cancer over the past three years. Left with loving and fond memories are wife of 50 years, Marie, mother Elsie; children: Donna (Wood), Ellen (Greg), Kitty (Sean), Edward (Julie), nine grandchildren: Betty-Ann, Marie, Johnathan, Joshua, Patricia, Victoria, Matthew, Rebekah, Jane, four great-grandchildren: Daniel, Kaitlyn, Braden, Zoe. Also, brother Don (Elsie) and a large circle of relatives and friends. Ted was predeceased by father, Maxwell Rideout, brother Archibald, sisters Marion and Margaret, first wife Betty (Slade) and son-in-law Dale Howse. In memory of Ted, flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to The Salvation Army Campbellton Corps or VON St. John’s Branch. The funeral will be held at The Salvation Army Citadel, Campbellton on Sunday, July 19th, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
