Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on March 15, 2011, Robert Murray, aged 86 years. Predeceased by his wife Jean (nee Adams), parents William and Ethel, brothers Jimmy, Jack (Margaret), Beric (survived by very special sister-in-law Elaine) and Wallace; sisters Bertha Fleming (Kevin), Muriel Burgess (Jim) and Gladys; and his furry friend Nellie. Left with many happy memories his children David (Nancy), Cheryl (Paul), Craig, Susan (Bob); as well as many relatives and friends. Special mention to wonderful friends and neighbors the Coady Family and special family friend Bob Smith. The family wishes to extend thanks to Dr. Mary Watson and the nursing staff at 6 West, especially Michele Boland for her care and compassion. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 10-12 noon. Service to follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
