It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Gordon Malcolm Creamer of Saint John, which occurred on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1932 in Saint John he was the son of the late David Vincent and Mary G. (Arseneau) Creamer. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife of 56 years Maureen Theresa Creamer, brothers Norman and David; infant sisters Mary Francis and Mary Genevieve. Gordon worked for Irving Tissue for 37 years, retiring in 1997. He will be sadly missed by his loving family. Gordon is survived by his children Michael (Connie) of Rothesay, Darrell (Glenda), Carol Creamer, Timothy (Cindy) and Brenda Reinhart (Wilford) all of Saint John, Gary (Norma) of Rothesay and Shawn (Tanya) of Saint John; brothers Donald (Gloria) of Saint John, Robert of Saint John, Thomas (Carol) of Calgary, AB and Ralph of St. Catherine’s, ON; sisters Erma Creamer of Saint John, Dorothy Perry of Saint John and Jean Nichols (Peter) of Oakville, ON; sister-in-law Ruth Creamer of Toronto, ON; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
