The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Friday, July 17, 2009, of Wendell Morrison, of Summerside, aged 71 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Ernest (Ernie) and Doris (Woodside) Morrison. Survived by his wife, Joyce (Clough) Morrison, Summerside; children, Sue Morrison (Ron Chappell), Sherbrooke; Rick (Nicolle) Morrison, Summerside; Scott (Ruth) Morrison, Cornwall; Ann (Ken) Culleton, Summerside; grandchildren, Carla, Alex, Emily and Patrick Chappell; David, Michelle, Marc, Bradley and Christopher Morrison; Kyle and Zack Culleton; great-grandson, Ayden Wood; sisters, Joan (John) Kosec, Hamilton, ON; Shirley (David) Walker, New Annan; Kathleen Moase, Travellers Rest; Janet (Claude) Lyle, Summerside; Gail (Barry) Chappell, Summerside; Raye (Milton) Montgomery, Summerside; mother-in-law, Stella Clough, Summerside; sister-in-law, Evelyn Diamond, Summerside; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers James “Jr.” and Robert Morrison; sister Jessie MacInnis; brothers-in-law Edward MacInnis and Herb Moase; and by his father-in-law Ivan Clough. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday, then to the Summerside Baptist Church, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Summerset Manor Equipment Fund or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Brethren of Hiram and Lebanon Masonic Lodge #3, will hold a Masonic memorial service at the funeral home Monday at 8:45 p.m. www.moase.ca
