At his home in Belfast on Thursday, March 17, 2011, of John Hector MacLean, age 78 years.
Beloved husband of Marie (nee Acorn). Loving father of Debbie (Donnie) Nicholson, Blair and Darlene MacKinnon (Darrell Llewellyn). Cherished grandfather of seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Clarence (Jennie) and Daisy Wood.
Predeceased by grandson, Daniel MacPherson; great-grandson, Cole Morrison; by brothers, Leslie, Robert, Charlie, Evan, Danny, Jimmy; and sisters, Elsie and Margaret.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment later in the Belfast Cemetery. Visitation: Sunday 7-9 p.m. only.
