Passed peacefully away on March 17, 2011 at the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre, Gander in the presence of his loving family,William Francis O’Rielly in his 87th year. Predeceased by brothers Thomas, John, Gregory, Leo, sisters Bridget, Margaret, Katherine, Helen. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his wife Mary (nee-Byrne), son Bill, daughters Annette, Maureen all of Gander, sisters-in-law Rita O’Rielly of St. John’s, Rose (Nick) Furlong of St. John’s, Anne Walsh of St. Brendan’s, Marguerite Byrne of Glovertown as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral Mass was held take Monday, March 21st at 11:00 A.M. from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church. Internment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. O’Rielly’s memory to the Central Northeast Health Foundation or a Charity Of One’s Choice.
