In loving memory of a wonderful father and grandfather Tom Bonar, who passed away 10 years ago today.
We wish so much that life would be
Just as it was before,
That you'd be in your favorite spot
When we came through the door.
Our hearts still ache with sadness,
And secret tears still flow.
For what it meant to lose you,
No one will ever know.
Your resting place we visit,
Place flowers there with care,
But no one knows the heartache
When we turn and leave you there.
As we love him, so we miss him.
